They get the job done. But there are often long queues and the service could be better

Update. Downgrading from 3 star to 1 star. Came to do international driving licence. They couldn't do it because the manager was away. Then when he did do it, I had to flag a few spots where he forgot to stamp. +++ Came Saturday morning 10am, really long queue, waiting 20 mins to post one simple letter (I didn't have a stamp). The young guy was efficient, but I can't help but think they need those Royal Mail self-service machines and/or another person working there. Not great, but did what I needed from a post office.

Try to target the young guy! The old dude is super unfriendly, he has no intention to help you.

Its really time for the rude Indian old man to retire or get moved to a position that is not customer facing and does not need any common sense! The level of arrogance and incompetence from this one person, is eye watering! If he works any slower he might reach retirement next week! Is this what Royal Mail customer service has fallen to?
