The Pharmacy

Really helpful can not say thank you enough. Came in for mouthwash on prescription from my dentist re post throat cancer treatment. Apparently this was not available anywhere. I had tried Tesco Boots Lloyds not available not interested. Not available here either but the pharmacist took the time to locate some locally . Big thank you

This has to be the worst pharmacy to get your prescriptions from. You wait for ages to receive your order. When you phone the pharmacy never answers and the staff are rude and not interested. The pharmacy itself is filthy. It is disorganised and with boxes and packets lying all over its a no wonder they are constantly in a mess.

Such a chaotic, unclean and disorganised pharmacy. On more than one occasion theyve given me the wrong medication. Unfortunately since the surgery next door burnt down along with its pharmacy, this one has been completely overstretched. They never seem to have prescriptions ready, the shop is alway filthy dirty and messy. You normally have to wait ages whilst they prepare your medicine, and always seem confused and disorganised. Id give them 1 star, but its not entirely their thought due to the volume of customers, but they could do so much better. Just clean the place for a start and sort your medicines out!
