Frosts Fireplaces have recently installed a New Forest electric fire, and built a false chimney breast for the fire to sit in. From my initial conversation with Catherine, the company could not have been more professional and helpful. Catherine sent me a full itinerary of the job, and details of all the different trades, who arrived on time, and were a delight to have in our home. I would highly recommend Frosts Fireplaces to anybody thinking of installing any kind of fire or stove. Thank you Catherine to you and your wonderful team. Frosts installed a new wood burning stove and swapped out an old gas fireplace with a new stove. Friendly and informative throughout, we felt in great hands and were absolutely delighted with the final results. Great customer service throughout, would highly recommend!
