        Today I got good old fashion service from the Weybridge Branch. Firstly, they answered the phone ( Steve ) within two or three rings, amazing. Secondly, they checked physically that the item was in stock (weather station), not relying on computer says. Finally they said they would put it to one side for the 30 mins l needed to get to the shop. As soon as l got in the shop and asked for Steve (he was behind the counter) he produced my purchase without saying anything. Obviously remembering who l was. I walked out with a big smile having thanked Steve and advising him l would leave positive feedback on this rare and exceptional service. Well done Steve and Robert Dyas. Thank you. Tony
