        Went to the store to buy summer dress, and was met with excellent customer service by Serman. She was very helpful with a huge smile. Customer service at its finest, well done Phase Eight ... Will be definitely returning.

        Went into this store a couple of weeks ago and had the most helpful assistant called Serman. I am not very good at choosing outfits that I feel confident with, but this lady made me feel great in everything I tried. I wanted an outfit for my 30th wedding anniversary party and in the end was spolt for choice, so bought two. Everyone complimented my outfit and wanted to know where it was purchased from. I will be definitely going back and recommending to my friends for friendly, helpful and unpressured service.
