        Worst GP practice ever! no helpful long time for appointment! loosing , no any helpful for Dr Jacubovski! I meet him once in over 9 years time.. just because not available! I will make complain to NHS for sure!

        After a two hour(!!!) wait to speak to the operator and more than fifteen minutes being number 2 and 1 in the queue, the line was cut off by the operator who I never got to talk to. How can it take so long to answer 21 waiting calls? What I wanted was to ask for the doctor on duty to contact me because Im sick and need a prescription. Completely unacceptable. Im not gonna spend another two hours doing this today because, guess what, I need some rest. Try again tomorrow morning. Dignified of a third world country, not Weybridge.

        De-registered me without telling me, didn't approve my usual prescription request via my usual pharmacy and didn't tell anyone they hadn't, wouldn't respond to my enquiry about re-registration as advised by NHSE. Fair rating?
