        The staff at this store are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We had some issues with a manufacturer fault and the staff dealt well with ordering a replacement item. We now have, over the years, ordered two beds from this company - one made by a leading manufacturer and another from the store's own brand (which is, in my opinion, superior). I have recommended this store to friends.
