Beautiful accomodation in a lovely setting with excellent amenities. Welcome pack on day of arrival including tea, coffee and milk. Rooms are very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Bed linen is fresh and crisp with plenty of soft towels. Ample parking. Right next door to the heated indoor pool. The location is lovely and quiet but within easy access to all the local attractions. Highly recommend :)

Great place but if you love a regular early morning swim and are worried about breaking rules this place is not for you. So, each property gets three slots of 50 minutes a week (spread out at different times during the day from 9 in the morning to later in the afternoon). This is not much use as you can't stay on site or always nip back whilst on holiday just to have a dip in the pool. The policy has nothing to do with Covid as there are a number of 'free' spots for a couple of hours in the middle of the day that everyone can use. This allows the ludicrous situation whereby the pool can be empty at 11, twenty people might be in it during the 'free' period and then after lunch it is empty again! The strange thing is that the owners reserve the 8-9 in the morning for themselves. When I enquired about swimming earlier than 8 they mentioned 'maintenance'. But, in effect I simply ignored them and went swimming early every morning, even cutting into the owners private 8-9 slot and no one else ever turned up. So, if you are good at ignoring silly rules you should be ok. Though, credit where it is due, it is a lovely spot to stay, great local pub with good food, great area for long walks, lots of beaches nearby etc etc.
