Our boiler suddenly broke and I called a different plumber at first but was let down and I am so happy that I did, as whilst searching another company, I was recommended Lester. He came to our house, took parts for our oil boiler out and checked everything on spot. Lester reassured me that he will get the boiler fixed and a few new parts a couple of visits later, our oil boiler is working beautifully. Really nice guy, very professional and down to earth. Lester was the only engineer I contacted about my leaking oil fired boiler, who thoroughly inspected the boiler to determine the nature of the problem. Because of this, in addition to his quotation, I selected him to fit a new boiler. The work was carried out despite problems of having to adjust the existing fittings to match up with the new boiler. I was very satisfied with the completed result and his conscientious approach. I recommend him to people in need of a replacement boiler.

We had a problem with our boiler in the period between Christmas and New Year. Despite never having used Weybourne Heating before, Lester came to our property and spent hours working to diagnose the problem. This involved him driving around various suppliers in search of spare parts. Despite his best efforts, the issue could not be resolved so he returned in the following days and commissioned a new burner unit, made sure it was working effectively and then returned days later to check all was in order. We could not have asked for better service and we shall most certainly use Weybourne Heating in the future.
