    Please avoid this workshop at all cost. This place is a joke. I left the vehicle for 3 days just to change the brake caliper but nothing was done. I did not have any option rather than bringing back the car without any work been done. Here is the story in brief. As I had problem with front near side wheel, I booked appointment on Thursday for Monday. On Monday morning when I arrived at this garage, I was surprised to see the garage was closed. So I rang the number and I was instructed to wait saying his colleague will be there any minute. Once the staff turned up and having a chat and following the member of staff's advice I left the car with the workshop man who assured me he will ring me by the miday to let me know the problem once he finishes diagonosis. No phone call whatsoever. When I called the workshop, he told me he would call me back. Again no call whatsoever. P.S- As in the reply from review states numbers of test drive was driven around, when I checked my dash board camera it does not show any test drive was done except swapping the parking space. Sir, it was not afternoon I left my car. Infact it was in the morning. May be the place where you are having your holiday was on afternoon time. Next day (Day2)after attempting to call numerous times, finally same person response my call who had been responding my calls from the time I booked my appointment. He assured me there is nothing wrong with wheel bearing and the car is on the ramp for further diagonsis. He confirmed me I will be able to collect it by midday. Hoping that the work was finished, I reached the workshop to collect the car; I was surprised to see the car was not even diagonised and the person who was responding my call was not even in the country. He was answering my calls from abroad. This was confirmed by the member of staff with whom I left my car. After having a chat with him, he confirmed that he will finish the work first thing first in the morning and I will be able to collect it my midday. P.S In my presence member of staff from the workshop rang Euro car part and confirmed the part will be delivered by 9 in the morning. This was the reason for leaving the car behind. I even told the member of staff, the person who was receiving the call from abroad should not have bluffed me saying the car was on ramp for check. Infact, the member of staff honestly told me there was not enough space to do diagonsis as ramps were all occupied. Day3. With so much assurance the member of staff had given to me on day 2, I went back to collect my car thinking it must have been ready by now. I turned up around 1 in the afternoon. The car was parked outside the main entrance gate. I greeted and made aware about my presence to the member of staff. He greeted me back and kept on doing his work. After few minutes later he walked past me. On the way back he told me he has not done anything yet. He told me he has been in the garage literally for like 2 minutes. I have had enough with dramas. I asked for my key and left saying thank you. P.S-Sir, I did not insist to take my car but I did not have a choice. I cannot leave for 3 days to replace a caliper which takes only 45 minutes max. I cannot go anywhere on my foot and push bike on this rain with my little ones. So I simply asked for my key without speaking any words and thanked him while leaving. Your colleague has seen me commuting on my push bike on my every visit to your garage. I did check on different garage where I was told it was disc pad and brake plate. So I changed it and there was not any problem until I had to ring you up for appointment. For that work which takes 45 minutes max to complete the job, I left it for 3 days and I had to bring it back in the same situation how it was left, tells every one how good this work shop is and how serious owner and staffs are. They do not deserve even 1 star. Such a shame. P.S who ever was replying my review please be honest and drop your words. As I could not reply for your response I have edited my review. Thank you.
