Absolutely beautiful curry powders - I've tried balti, madras, korai jalfrezi and dopiaza and they were all fantastic and so flavoursome. Great to support a local Yorkshire company and the 'Create your own' kits on their website are really good value. A few people have said the spices are too hot but I've found that you can vary this easily just by adjusting your portions - eg. a pack might say 4-6 servings but I can easily make 8 curries from them by using less powder and that dilutes the heat well, if you don't like it too hot. I'd definitely recommend doing that with the madras and jalfrezi options - great flavour without being overpowering.

Brilliant. I live in Spain, but I always buy from Filey food market when I'm in the UK.

Simply put.... these spice mixes make better curries than any local Indian restaurant. An amazing selection to choose from and at such reasonable prices. I buy a 6 pack selection box or two a few times a year and always have something to suit everyone. They even ship to Ireland for me. Mild spice mix is mild but still has heaps of flavour. If you think Vindaloo is for amateurs go for the Naga Phal, think you can't make a curry hot enough from just a spice mix.... throw a Naga Ghost chilli in with the spice mix, I did ....and I haven't forgotten it yet....and will probably do it again. I grow my own chillies and love when something labelled as level 5 heat is exactly that. No Vindaloos that taste like Jalfrezi, these guys got it right. Don't pass on Ruby's Revenge, oddly has two of my favourite things, rhubarb and curry, absolute genius creation. Can't recommend enough

I love cooking curry and on our recent visit to Worcester Christmas Market we came across there stall and bought 4 kits . Cooked my 1st one using the Balti pack and it was excellent slightly twisted the ingredients and didn't use purueed carotts ( it just didn't seem right prefer extra onions and garlic) .Superb curry really enjoyed it
