        Great surgery. The staff on reception are always very friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses make you feel welcome and listened to, and are very knowledgeable. I occasionally have problems with collecting prescriptions, but they're always sorted out quickly. Under the currently circumstances I think they're doing a brilliant job.

        This morning the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, however this afternoon the person serving wasn't very friendly or helpful. I felt that everything was a chore to do.
