        Visited Wetherby post office yesterday was served by the rudest nastiest woman I have ever encountered . Her attitude was totally unnecessary and upsetting - I will never set foot in this post office again .

        After two visits to this post office I will not be returning. The lady I saw on both occasions clearly does not get any job satisfaction. Customers are not a inconvenience! Miserable, rude unpleasant lady who is completely unhelpful!

        My company spends hundreds on postage each month with you....no more. Rude staff who say"ok" when they're wrong and trying to charge more for postage. Have never had such rude service in here before, but never again will you speak to me like that. Ignorant, rude, Ill mannered woman.
