        Promised quote after quote, never responded then booked in the job for a week later to then be told the plumber wasnt happy and wouldnt be doing the job after all. Held up a site for 5 days, poor communication and unprofessional he had every opportunity to say no on site visit but decided to waste our time instead. Simple job as well so unsure what they are happy doing.
