        I've been going to Jessica Emily leisure since she opened and I couldn't recommend her enough. I have not only seen fantastic results in my weightloss but I've also seen such a difference in my fitness levels and overall feeling of health. I've also seen such a positive difference in my confidence. Jess really knows how to motivate you so that living a healthy lifestyle is not only obtainable but enjoyable. It also helps I can get a sports massage and my nails done with her ( a nice treat after a workout). If I could give more stars I would. Thank you jess!

        I wasnt an avid gym goer and was looking around for a personal trainer to help me. I started training with Jess in July 2020... I had gained a lot of weight and my confidence was really low. In the first taster session Jess was so welcoming and lovely I knew I had chosen the right PT! Since then despite lockdowns and pandemic, Jess has been fabulous and continued to support me whenever I needed. I would highly recommend. Her professionalism and knowledge is second to none
