What a fantastic experience I had with Michelle yesterday! She had happily ordered in some Wolf frames for me to try on that had been out of stock at the manufacturer for several months. She arranged to meet me after hours (her hours are by appointment), which was perfect because I didn't have to leave work early. The shop is really lovely and feels almost like someone's home, very relaxed. I actually saw some other nice frames as well. Michelle is excellent to communicate with and very reasonably priced. I love my new frames and will be coming back again!

My husband, daughter and I have experienced a thorough first class eye examination and then excellent customer service. We love the glasses we chose from the wide selection and each have the look we wanted to achieve without braking the bank. Recommend Le-Roche regularly. First class!
