If you want your relative to be de-skilled and institutionalised, then Benedicts Nursing Home will be perfect. Very poor nursing care by untrained staff. Language barriers and severe communication errors which only leads to a downward spiral of frustrated and angry families. Maybe apology after apology isn't really the answer to many complaint emails sent to them and other professional bodies including CQC!!!
