Always fantastic customer service, very patient and a good choice of shoes to choose from! Been going since my children's first pair of shoes and would never go anywhere else for properly fitted shoes!

Bought a pair of school shoes from Hopscotch for my 13 yr old son, at the start of Sept 2021. Last Friday, he got off the school bus & the sole from 1 of the shoes was barely hanging on. Went back to Hopscotch with the intention of purchasing another pair, but as soon as I mentioned mentioned his 'old' shoes were from there & were only a few months old, they asked for my postcode. Without another word mentioned, the young lady who served us couldn't apologise enough & immediately offered to exchange them for a new pair. Her colleague soon came over & again, apologised profusely upon hearing the issue. They remeasured my son's feet & brought a selection to choose from. I paid 3, being the difference. The very polite, professional & friendly customer service received from both of them was second to none, even sublime!!! Just want to say a big thank you to both ladies who work there. Not only a credit & an asset to the shop proprietor, but providing text book service, even above & beyond!! Simply, cannot recommend enough, & a big thank you to both. Look forward to seeing you again, most likely in Sept' :)

Great quality shoes with excellent service as usual. My children have sensory needs and Rachael is always going above and beyond for them, remembering what they do and dont like and understanding that getting new shoes puts them out of their comfort zone. Cant thank you enough

They like it if you book an appointment, but you can walk in. The staff are in masks and they like you to be in masks too. They limit customer numbers to keep it covid safe. We've always had good service here.
