        James Black homes were recommended to me by my neighbors who had used them to sell their previous home. I had just inherited my late mother's house and wanted to sell it on. James Black and his staff came in and did an absolutely sterling job and got me a really good price when it sold. I have just used James Black homes to sell my house and they came up trump's for me again, getting me a great price in its sale. I am very very happy with the service I have received from James Black and his friendly team. I am chuffed to bits because both the properties sold very quickly. Particularly my mother's old house because no house in the two block terrace ever sold as quick as hers and she had lived there since it was built in 1965. Thanks very much James Black homes! PS: IF I don't settle in the property I have just purchased, then James Black better expect a call from me!
