        My daughter and I have been training with AK Family Karate for ten years now. We have found the classes to be very well structured and challenging but always with an element of fun. Instructors are both friendly and professional, creating a real family atmosphere for all. A great mixture of real Martial Arts, useful self defence and fitness for all ages.

        If you want to learn a new skill and keep fit whilst having fun then AK Family Karate and Fitness is the place to come. Ive been going for the last 5 years with my eldest son with my other two sons joining more recently. We love training as a family with Master Kendrick in a welcoming, fun and family- friendly environment.

        Great family oriented club that is open to everyone. Instructors are excellent - I feel confident learning self defence, traditional karate, contact kick boxing and weapons in a safe and friendly environment. Thoroughly recommended.
