I wanted an ethically made wedding ring and was so glad i found Jacqueline & Edward online. The service I recieved was excellent. With clear and friendly communication, keeping me up-to-date throughout the whole process. They even posted the ring sizers to me in New Zealand. I love that the ring was handmade just for me, it really is just what i wanted. The ring was also beautifully presented in a wooden box too. We approached Jacqueline & Edward for two of their wedding bands and a bespoke commision of an engagement ring. My partner had a very particular engagement ring in mind and, during a visit to the workshop (which I'd highly reccomend!), Mark and the team took the time to talk through designs, show us the potential materials, discuss their ethics and ethos, and give us a step-by-step guide of the whole process. Their patience, knowledge and passion made them a pleasure to work with. The finished pieces are simply stunning and something we will both treasure. Thanks to their attention to detail and craftsmanship, the bespoke engagement ring is perfect and is exactly what my partner envisioned. The two wedding bands are equally as beautiful and it is great to know that the materials for all three rings were sustainably and ethically sourced, and included gold from the place we first met, as an added bonus! We both cannot reccomend Jacqueline & Edward highly enough and we both hope to work with them again for future gifts!

A Google search for ethical jewellery brought us to Jacqueline & Edward. We got engaged on Christmas day and we remember calling the contact number the next day to arrange an appointment for the rings. Despite it being the holidays we received a call back from Mark who was happy to arrange to see us as soon as the holidays were over. Mark has been so accommodating to our needs right from the beginning. He spent over an hour with us taking us through the wonderful process of how he makes this amazing jewellery. From panning the gold themselves to using traditional methods that are ethical, sustainable, eco-friendly and moreover, personalised. It's been an absolutely wonderful experience getting to know Mark and his business. It was such a seamless process right from the start. We are more than pleased with the quality of the rings. We purchased an engagement ring (Glenkin tulip set) and two wedding rings (Hayakawa, matt finish) all with Snowdonia gold incorporated.
