JD's Hot Honey

Quite tasty with a nice little kick but its very different to other condiments you may compare it to, it taste quite literally honey with a small kick, now i know that sounds mental being it states exactly what it is but personally im a hot sauce person, have about 40 bottles of differant hot sauces so was intrigued to check this out and it was extremely sweet honeywith a slight kick, i feel breakfasts and bakery foods it would be perfect but not so much with chicken, meats and similar things youd use sweet hot sauce for, it kind of feels like its missing something, a smokeyness maybe or a slight salting, overall its exactly what it says on the tin a very sweet honey with a slight chilli kick, good stuff.

48 hour delivery... a week later, still nothing has arrived. Got a copy and paste message about supply issues. Was told order would go out the next day, then wasn't dispatched. Then ceased contact. Maybe publicising how they handle situations like these will result in some positive action...

Im seriously addicted to this honey; its going on everything from burgers and sausages to cheese toasties - sweet but with a real kick and amazing depth of flavour, my obsession is turning unhealthy.
