if can not deal with sick and tired people shut this place down... you play with people's health don't even bothering to answer the phone or make emergency appointment when someone is in need shame on you...

Incredibly rude, abrupt reception staff. Dont call back in the time frame they promise that they will, extremely defensive when one has to go through the rigmarole of getting back through to them because they failed to call you back. Very very unprofessional. Not sure people in need of help should be shouted at. Perhaps these people would be better off in a position that wasnt related to human interaction and compassion.

The worst doctors we have ever been registered at. Constantly turned away or had appointments cancelled and told that a Dr has called in sick or had to work from home. Already run out of in person appointments at 8.06am even for my 1 year old forcing us to go to a&e for something that could have been dealt with by a gp. Turning my husband away and telling him to go to a walk in centre for something that was always dealt with quickly and efficiently by our old gp, mostly without even a telephone appointment needed and prescription issued. We moved to the area in the middle of July and have given the surgery more than enough chance to improve. We will moving GPS ASAP. Do not register here, you are wasting your time.
