York Place Dental Practice

The dental practise were able to fit me in on the same day I called - as the emergency slot was free - otherwise my appointment would have been early February for a replacement filling. As a wheel chair user ramps have to be placed at the stepped entrance. Oliver and is team could not be more helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for a good job done.

I visited Dr Amy Robbins at YPDP for filler treatment to my cheeks, lips and chin. The practice is very welcoming. The reception team, waiting room and staff make the place feel friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Amy took great care and attention in doing my treatment, she talked me through every step and what to expect. Shes confident, easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed throughout the treatment. As a dentist and aesthetic practitioner myself, I would go no where else for my treatment, as I know Amys extremely high standards of work are hard to come by. I am thrilled with my results!

Oliver reassured my nervous daughter during a tooth extraction, and ensured she was as relaxed as possible. Best dentist in the area, for sure, and we wouldnt use anybody else

Absolutely fantastic service. Oliver saw my mum (who is very nervous of the dentist) for treatment. Very professional and caring and the work carried out was finished to a very high standard. Really friendly team and very accommodating with appointments. Would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you once again on behalf of my mum. X

Disgusting service - No loyalty whatsoever ! Called them on Christmas Eve to make an appointment for a filling whenever was convenient with them and got told that even though i have been going to this dentist for over 45 years, that i had been unregistered from them without any prior warning and they would not re-register me to help get my tooth fixed. I understand that i had not been for a few years but surely i should have been written to asking whether i had found another dentist or stay registered, but i heard nothing. So as it's hard to register with dentists these days i have to suffer in pain over the Christmas period until i find another dentist. Personally i think that is disgusting considering i have been going to this dentist since i was a kid and probably been there longer than most of the actual practitioners - Shocking !
