Parking fine issues with reduced rate of 60.00 if paid within 14 days of issue. Letter arrived 19 days after issue. ARD would not be of any help and were completely dismissive. Horrendous experience trying to deal with them

Absolutely appalling company visited my doctors and registered my car for parking on their land, was asked to return to the doctors for a 2nd appointment 40 minutes later of which I then registered again. Was then sent a 100 fine for contravening returning to the car park in Clifton Moor, York within 2 hours. I appealed as per the letter and heard nothing until a letter arrived over a month later saying I now owed 170. Ive now appealed again as I had not heard back from the first appeal. They tried to say with a template email that I had been contacted of which theyve not sent any proof of a date stamped email. I do not owe any fee as I did nothing wrong. Absolutely disgusting praying on patients going to their doctors!

Absolute disgrace. Paid 3.00 to park at Bibury Trout Farm for 2 hours. Left exactly after 1 hour, the letter even shows this. Fine turns up in the post. I also paid within three minutes of entering. Luckily, I still have the ticket in the car, so have sent this along with a very strongly worded email, to ARD Park. By the way, appealing to the email addresses they give does NOT work. They send back a link to an online form, which tries to deceive you, and you have to appeal there. EDIT: I have just received an email to say the charge has been cancelled. No apology, no admission of their incorrectly issued charge. Who knows what I'd have done if I'd thrown the ticket out. Hideous company who are taking no steps to better their conduct. My aged mother said 'This has kept me awake at nights with worry'. Merry Christmas.

No words! I bought a ticket and left it behind the glass! I got a ticket because I didn't sign in to the tablet in the restaurant! OK, but I bought a ticket and paid what they wanted! I do not recommend inhumane approach. The case is likely to go to court
