BPC Express

My Mother (late 70s) bought a washing machine from Bright Ideas, they didn't install it properly, hence the washing machine flooded her kitchen and hall for 3 days and at the time my Father (he's 85) was terribly poorly. My Mother called BPC Express to resolve the desperate situation that Bright Ideas had left her in (bright Ideas were absolutely useless!), they dealt with it impeccably! There is a cost to everything and for the service they gave, we didn't gripe about the cost! We would definitely use them again.

I am writing this review based on the experience my 70 year old neighbour had when dealing with this company. Baring in mind she is an old lady who lives on her own I believe she was taken advantage of. She called this company because she had a leak coming from outside causing damp and mould, this company decided not to fix the problem outside to stop the leak but decided to plug in a de-humidifier for 7 days at a charge of 415. Then they came to collect the equipment and said someone would come back to fix the leak and then bring the de-humidifier back in. After confronting this company for her about their actions and telling them she will pay NO more money (as they want it all up front before work commences) until a quote had been received with a list of works to be done. We have never heard back from them at all..!! (no surprise there then) a lucky escape if you ask me. Leaving a very upset old lady in same state they found her, just 415 lighter....

After reading the first review I felt compelled to write of our experience with BPC Express. They have just worked at my 84 year old mums house and I have to say they have been amazing. The quality of work has been excellent; all the trades men have been polite, helpful, and punctual. My mum was actually ill during the work. The changed there scheduling without any complaint or problems. She had her kitchen revamped with all new cooking appliances and work tops but they cleaned all her cupboards to keep the costs down. She also had all new lights (in new locations) throughout the downstairs which we thought would have been very messy and expensive, but this was not the case. I will be using this company for anything my mum needs doing in future and recommend this company to anyone.
