Only went with an inquiry but both the receptionist and the beautician were very relaxed, friendly and helpful. The beautician was extremely knowledgeable.

I went to have my eyebrows microbladed after reading the reviews. Overall I was disappointed with the result and customer service. Angela drew the shape which looked fine and assured me to start small and pale and we could go dark and larger through the treatment. She also said shed do however many treatments were needed. Its very difficult to see in the light of the salon and before theyre healed if theyre right so I took comfort from the fact I could go back. However, after the second treatment had healed, I contacted Angela and said Id like them a touch bigger in line with my natural brows and darker and was told it was going to be an extra 45!! I had raised the size previously and had I realised there was an extra charge, Id have insisted it was done in the second sitting. She over plucked my natural brows in the process so now I also need to grow these back. The salon isnt very clean either. Services: Microblading, Pedicure
