        I know we have recently come out of a lockdown, but opening 3 days a week with reduced hours at that, when Lloyd's across the road are open Monday to Friday and have been a while with longer reduced hours. Lloyd's also have a paying in machine in branch which clears cash paid in immediately into your account. Pretty pathetic Barclays.

        Biggest mistake we made moving to Barclays. As mentioned previously, the bank is never open (compared to other banks in Wetherby) - Covid getting blamed for everything. We get .45p loyalty reward which is risible considering the charges we pay, and the app for paying in cheques NEVER works. However, the staff at Wetherby are very helpful when it is open.
