        Useless bank, staff unfriendly and unhelpful, they make everything a chore to bank with them and act like it's the biggest favour in the world for them to do the job they're paid to do. Avoid this branch in particular but HSBC are very poor in general - plenty of better options out there.

        Travelled to use this branch to be welcomed with a note on the wall saying No counter service due to covid.how can a bank run with not one member of staff only cash machines.Pity it was not on the website to inform people who have travelled there!!
