Spent a weekend in the Gypsy caravan with my 10 year old daughter. 2 nights really wasn't long enough Every little detail had been thought about and the caravan was beautiful and the beds were sooo comfortable, and then waking up yo the sound of the river and the birds. We had a lovely walk into Armathwaite where we could have spent a fortune in the village shop Lastly a massive thankyou to Steve who went above and beyond. We will definitely be back

We stayed in the gypsie wagon, location was perfect it was absolutely fabulous, the owners have thought of everything, would highly recommend for a relaxing weekend, the wagon is perfectly sat on the river bank with everything you need all we took was our food, we will book again, but next time would take paddleboards as you do have use of part of the river, thanks for a great stay!

Jewel in the Eden Valley, for those who want a slice of calm in nature they can immerse into whether a day weekend or longer stay in this oasis. I attended for a team day. We had use of the beautiful Barn, fields that overlook the river. Restrooms: Two types conventional small set next to camping area near the orchard or the main (;natural soil composting underneath) block of 10 cubicles nearest the barn
