This school is amazing in the fact that they sacrifice personal life for the kids to have after school events. They give so much support towards the children and parents. They also do there upmost to deal with any problems promptly. Apr 11th, 2019

Having had 3 full years at this school iv decided to remove my daughter and put her in a school that is more about education than the funding a child brings in. Head teacher Mrs Richardson is a diabolical excuse for a head and has on many occasions proved herself to be nothing more than a individual who cares only about money and school funding. She's allowed bullying to continue and embraced bullies and their families over the children who have been bullied. She employs teachers who have very little intelligence allowing kids to cut their hair, bully, suffer, fail in certain subjects and so on. Its only been us as parents who have brought such things to light as there is such a lack of communication between staff its unreal! Don't expect your children to thrive at wws school as have a lot of parents, we've had to get extra help in for our daughters maths as school were not helping. And also if you or your children get attacked on site as i did don't expect any camera evidence as they don't have a single camera! Expect Mrs Richardson to do everything in her power to make you and your children feel unwelcome if you stand up to her. If i could give zero or minus stars i would! Avoid at all costs send your children to schools that care for education not money! Dec 3rd, 2018

As a parent I cannot rate highly enough the care and education that my daughter receives. She is making fantastic progress and is developing great confidence and she cannot wait to get to school each morning. The staff are dedicated and seem very driven to ensure they all deliver an outstanding level of education. Above all my daughter is a kind, happy and caring little girl which is, in part, down to the school values and ethos which reinforce and compliment her home life. Nov 13th, 2018

I am a parent with an association with the school for over 10yrs where all 3 of my children have attended and still attend. This is an outstanding school with a caring and nurturing team of highly experienced and well qualified teachers and practitioners. They all work hard to provide a quality education which provides children with a variety of enriching experiences to nurture their talents and interests. Academically this school is tenacious in ensuring all children reach their potential, pastorally children are taught and supported to develop socially and emotionally. Children are encouraged to be creative and have aspiration.
This is an inclusive school where all children are catered for regardless of need - the pupils are taught from nursery stage values such as kindness, fairness, resilience and a positive sense of self. My own children have thrived in this environment and I cannot rate this school highly enough. Oct 10th, 2018

My children attend Westwoodside school and I can honestly say I could not wish for a better environment for them to thrive in. My sons look forward to going in to school and receive constant support and encouragement from teachers and staff and they are joth flourishing academically and socially now. My husband works out of the country for 6 months of the year and the school are incredibly supportive to my sons whilst he is away. They encourage activities where the boys can give something to dad that they have made on his return. It's that kind of thoughtfulness from all staff which makes it the perfect choice of school for us. I have always found the Head Miss Richardson very approachable and very pro active within the school too and very interactive with the students taking an interest in each of them and their school journey.
