        Richard is great with my dad and myself - he provides a wholistic approach to bringing energy, calmness and pain relief into the body & mind. He is very knowledgeable and has helped both of us with our rehabilitation (from injuries) and confidence.

        I have been having back treatment with Richard for over five years. I suffer with back pain where it locks itself and I'm unable to get out of bed when it's at worst. Richard can actually manipualte the muscles and I'm miracously free from pain. Not only is he super friendly but takes real pride in his work. Highly recommended.

        I Highly recommend Richard i just had my 2nd session in the space of a month playing football weekly and also regular visits to the gym I get a sports massage as I need to make sure my body and muscles are looked after and recover . Richard is very kind and also very knowledgeable when it comes to questions or anything you need about the body also a great list on tunes on his ipod
