        Thought I'd give Pilates a go, try to restore some fitness I'd lost due to covid. Not too strenuous but a good workout with a great teacher.

        Great fun class..always made to feel welcome and goes at your level. My back has been great since doing these classes so no more paying out to chiropractor. Couldn't recommend enough.

        Ive been attending Louises classes for 3 years now following a back operation I was advised to build my core strength to protect my back. Louise has a lot of knowledge on how to make sure you are doing the appropriate exercises for your needs and avoiding the ones that could do you harm, adjusting some to protect you. So pleased I found her she knows her stuff and we have a bit of a laugh along the way. Definitely recommend.

        Louise is an amazing instructor; patient and encouraging, with a touch of humour! Ive been doing her classes for 8 months and feel so much fitter and stronger in my core. I didnt think I would find a class that I enjoyed doing, but I can honestly say I look forward to going to the next class!
