Fit and Fabulous Caterham

I joined Allison's classes a couple of years ago and I must admit, was a little apprehensive when classes went online, but logging on through Zoom couldn't be easier, and it's great being able to exercise in the comfort of my own home. No more worrying about being late or finding a parking space, but still meeting up with other participants albeit virtually! Allison has multiple screens in her gym so can check that we are adopting the correct positions and techniques for the exercises so now that I'm used to our Zoom classes, I'm in no particular hurry to return to a hall, especially with winter fast approaching. Thank you Allison for embracing this new way of teaching and for helping to keep us all fit (and sane) through these very challenges times, and I urge anyone thinking of giving it a go, come along and join us; it's really worth it !

In these unprecedented times, I just wanted to write and say thank you for the free pilate classes you are putting on for BNI members. Doing via zoom is the new norm but it worked very well. Your instructions were clear and the exercises set me up brilliantly for the day ahead. I have already recommended you to others. Thanks again and kind regards,
