        A very good experience. Hired a car for a couple of days to drive around Oxfordshire. The car (Audi q2) was nicely presented and drove well. Jeremy was very polite, efficient and helpful. Would happily how from there again

        Massive lack of organisation, dishonest staff quoting figures that turn out to be wrong. Overcharged without any reason. Complaint logged with head office on Monday and no response and today is Thursday.

        Dreadful company. If you dont have a credit card they wont let you rent. Has now left me stranded no explanation no understanding. This was not explained when I made my booking 5 days ago.And I was at the office when I was told this. I was picking up the car today!

        I had no intention of giving these guys a review. Then I received a phone call asking if Id give them a good review and agreeing to pay me 15 unused fuel credit which had been previously refused. 1 month and numerous phone calls later i still havent received the money so now feel compelled to write a bad review. So here it is. Sorry guys but this was completely of your own creation.
