        Had severe pain in one of my arms along with restricted movement. 10 sessions later and my arm movement is back to normal and no pain. Paul is an excellent physio n i m more than happy to recommend this place

        I got a BUPA referral for a longstanding hip problem. Ben sorted it out with properly targeted exercises and within 10 sessions its all stable again. Thank you.
