Tesco Superstore

Absolutely terrible customer service here, its almost like you inconvenience the staff by having to ask them questions. The store is very bright and clean but it is not always well-stocked, it can be quite hit and miss.

The customer service section is terrible. Slow service, incredibly rude employees, and always understaffed. Can't call it "customer service" when the staff has horrible attitudes like that.

Enough is enough Tesco. Todays experience at my local store has convinced me to cut up my club card and leave your terrible customer journey behind. As a professional marketer I simply cannot ignore your staffs rude behaviour. The woman working on the express checkout rudely jumped in front of me as I was about to place my purchases on the self-checkout till. Customers around me stated out loud how rudely she behaved only to be ignored. You may be the nearest supermarket to my residence; until you provide adequate social skills and customer service training for your staff, you will be the furthest from my wallet. I have cut up my club card, your brand values are cheap, nasty and rude. Im pleased to say that this does not resonate with me as a consumer. Goodbye, I am already looking forward to being treated like a human being wherever I choose as my preferred grocery store.

I've been shopping at Tesco Superstore for a few years now and I'm always impressed with the selection, quality, and customer service that they offer. They have a great variety of products and they are always well-priced. The store is also well stocked and organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff are always friendly and helpful and are always willing to help you find what you need. I highly recommend Tesco Superstore for anyone looking for quality products and good customer service.
