I have been seeing James for a many years after being recommend by my friend. When I first visited him he was able to fix an issue that I have had for many years in my shoulder. I am very grateful that I am now pain free in my shoulder.

James was recommended to me by a friend back in 2016 and has been my Chiropractor ever since. He is a fantastic chiropractor and I wouldn't go anywhere else! He quickly diagnosed and sorted the lower back, foot and neck issues I was suffering with and since then I have seen him for MOT's to keep everything as it should be or to put things straight when I've had an occassional issue. As well as being an excellent and knowledgable Chiropractor James is kind , personable and interesting person, he always puts me at ease and I enjoy the time we spend chatting during my appointments. Over the years I have recommended him to several family members and friends who have also benefitted from his expert care.

I started seeing Elly in July, primarily for some shoulder / neck pain after an injury at work. I had suffered with lower back pain of varying degrees since the birth of my second child in 2018, but had pretty much accepted that I would always have discomfort in that area. Elly carried out a thorough assessment and after 1 month of treament, I am pain free everywhere!! It's amazing how quickly you get used to and accept being in some kind of discomfort / pain but also how quickly you forget just how depressing it was!! I always look forward to my weekly appointments and the lovely calm environment of the Elms clinic! Thank you again Elly for your amazing work!
