One of my friend(luton) recommend them to check my DSG gearbox (6 speed) . I went there Aftab the menager Diagnostic my car and quoted me 600+vat plus one year warranty. I ageed and i drop the car next day for two days . They change the solenoid on macatronic unit, Called me next day car is ready to pickup. I drive One day but same problem appeared on my gear box. I called them the Andrew ( Owner from Eastern Europe) Diagnose the car and says no fault code in the car. The reason in he cleared the fault code. Then he says to me if the code coming back bring the car. I came back to Mk to get the Diesel (diesel shortage) dsg gear box playing it can't select any gear. I trun off the engine to cool dawn then i start the engine i went to the garage he check it their is fault code. Owner told me to drop the car he'll look into it Next day called the he can't solve the issue because he didnt even check my car i saw it on my dash cam which was unplug by Owner.. He advice me to pay another 500 to 700 to refurbish the machatronic unit.They con me 720. I dont trust this guy and they dont have any knowledge or equipment to work on gear box.. I've Dash cam footage and receipt to prove it.. Avoid them.. Go to proper gearbox specialist.
