Flamecraft

I had the wood burner installed in june last year and didn't really get to use it till just before Christmas, it has been the best investment that I have made, very happy with the installation I would recommend flamcraft 100%

In the end (stuck in a stove minefield and sea of quotes) I went with Flamecraft because Daisy was so informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, absolutely excellent customer service. The building works and fitting all went smoothly too, Paul and his guys did exactly what I asked for and I am thrilled with the result... Thank you Flamecraft!

Love our log burner. Also purchased a lovely floating oak beam and floor tiles. Quality is exceptional of all the products. Would certainly recommend Flamecraft.

THIRD TIME LUCKY. Absolutely marvellous! That's how I'd rate the experience of using Flamecraft. I had tried two other local companies to make me a fire surround and install a log burner, both of them promised they could do the work and then, despite repeated contacts by me, never returned. I then heard of Flamecraft and what a contrast to my earlier experiences. I popped into their showroom at Baytree Nurseries and was advised by Daisy. So helpful, so knowledgeable and she really listened to what I wanted. Within hours I had a confirmed appointment with Paul Grimwood, the owner, who came out and quickly and efficiently advised me as to what was possible given my chimney and internal layout round the fireplace. I was sent a formal quote within 48 hours which met all my requirements. I then paid a 50% deposit and a provisional installation date was agreed. Eager to get things sorted by Christmas, I was delighted when Paul managed to carry out the installation earlier than planned. I think Paul would consider my chimney small and this did mean it wasn't a straight forward installation for him. However, it was completed before time and now looks lovely (see picture below). All the follow-up certification arrived, in the post, shortly after installation I would have no hesitation in recommending this thoroughly professional team to anyone looking for a reliable installer. Thank you Daisy, Paul, John and Sim for a great experience and ensuring a very cosy Christmas!
