Amanda Balmain Photography

Amanda photographed our wedding on October 2nd and we just wanted to say thank you so much for helping make our day so special and we could not be happier with the photos that we just looked at! We are so happy with them. I would recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a great photographer for any event. We had an at home wedding so there wasn't lots of choice of where to take photos (particularly on a very rainy day) but Amanda made it work and the photos have turned out beautiful. Not only did she take beautiful pictures but she helped my partner, myself and all our family and friends feel so comfortable in front of the camera and she also helped our day run super smoothly. Amanda was amazing. Her professionalism and focus are second to none, and her talent shines through with every photo of our amazing day. A lovely, incredibly helpful and thoughtful lady, she felt more like a friend attending than a stranger we'd hired. So glad we chose her as our photographer, could not have asked for a better person or a better photographer. Highly, highly recommend.

Working with Mandy was an absolute pleasure and incredibly easy & stress free from start to finish. From two people who hate having their photos taken, the mix of photos (informal poses, action shots, candid's and more) she provided us with have given us wonderful photographic memories of our day .. predominately without us even being aware she was doing so! Highly recommend Amanda and her camera to capture your special event, whatever the occasion.

Choosing our wedding photographer was one of the first things we did when we were planning our wedding. After reviewing 100s of portfolios we came across Amanda's website and arranged to meet at the Trafford centre for a coffee and a chat. Amanda brought along some of the wedding albums she had done also. We got on great and I emailed on the way home to book! We also had a pre-wedding shoot a few weeks before the wedding. We were both a bit apprehensive about this but ended up having a really good day and it's good practice for the wedding day! I would recommend arranging one. On the wedding day Amanda made us feel really relaxed and she just blending into the crowd. Now we have loads and loads of wonderful pictures which will help us remember our wedding day forever - we just have the difficult task of narrowing them down for the album! Thanks again Amanda :-)
