Worst service ever. Lost first tenant as process so slow. They dont return phone calls or emails. Second tenant lost as they insisted referencing takes 10 days and it was close to Christmas. Declined tenant without speaking to landlord !!!! Alternative arrangements took 3 days !!! Closed from 23rd dec until jan 2nd. Their lack of customer focus has cost the landlord over 1500. Dont use youll be sorry.

Ive just been able to get a rented property though GreenDoor, they are so supportive throughout the whole process and they are all really friendly ladies. Ive now been in my rental for 2 weeks and very settled already. The first week I had a few things that needed doing, as soon as I emailed they got straight onto it and it was sorted in the next day of two. Highly recommend them to anyone.
