        Multiple times Ive gone in and they say that its not been sent across from the doctors. Emergency medication should not be this hard to get. This time I called the doctors to confirm it had been sent over and caught them in their own lie. They cant be bothered with people, and just want you out the door. Understaffed, rude and unprofessional service from such a large company.

        Been trying to get through on the phone most of the day no answer at all. This has happened before and was told rather abruptly that it's been busy. Shocking service from such a big company

        So Im not sure who it is but when theyre working the phone gets picked up then hung up its awful service. But when that person isnt in the place seems to run well. I had a fab lady last Saturday who helped me so much but that was literally a one off! Sadly this pharmacy is awful. Im so sad because there are a lot of vulnerable and house bound people who need this service and their only lifeline can be the phone which is constantly ignored.
