I met with Alexis today to view 5 properties. She made me feel at ease and answered all my queries, either verbally or via e mail. Since starting to look for houses, the team at Hull Gregson Hull have been great, they're very efficient with responses via both email and telephone and they always go above and beyond. They've exceeded our expectations for our buying process and have made it a lot easier than we expected. As well as communicating well with us, they also sent us multiple houses they thought would be of interest to us which resulted in us finding our first home. Paul was super helpful during our viewings and Alexis has been so helpful with answering any questions we had and had a lot of communication and was very responsive. Thank you to all of the team at Hull Gregson Hull for being so helpful during each phone call, email and all the in-betweens! Alexis has been super helpful throughout this process, nothing was ever too much for her and she went above and beyond to get our sale started.
