What a shambles. I would not trust this company to run a bath tap. You decide, I take out a warranty for 2 years at a cost of 995. I had a fault on the car after 6 months so I claimed on the warranty. After been passed from person to person (3 days later) they eventually refunded my 995 because there was no warranty apparently based on the mileage and year of the car I purchased . I phoned the garage 5 times for a copy of the warranty. The warranty was in house. Had I not looked into this I paid this garage an extra 995 for a warranty that did not exist. GREAT SCAM!!!! They blamed it on the person who sold me the car. Think twice about taking a warranty with this so called car sales garage. This matter has not ended as I am contacting trading standards to bring this to there attention.

Avoid avoid! Dont make a mistake like me. Brought a car from them its all faulty. If you really want to buy that car you always been looking for. Go to the main dealer. For example if it is Nissan car you want to buy. Go to Nissan dealer only such as: Westway Nissan or glyn hopkins.

UNPROFESSIONAL COWBOYS Well where do I start.... 1. Reserved online and asked for a personal video before I test drive it... never heard from them. 2. Got there and managed to test drive the car, didn't like it, then tested another car, didn't like it either. Both cars were unclean and had sticky steering wheels.... 3. That same evening I called and said I wanted my reservation cancelled and to be refunded for 250.... not even the usual 99... 4. Some girl calls me up the next day to tell me that the car was still waiting to be viewed, i told her I've already asked for my refund to which she said they only refund if I've come to test the car.... I told her I did, even though that's a ridiculous condition to have on the refunding for a reservation!! She then said she would action it..... 5. An entire week later after chasing up on it with numerous calls I was informed that my refund was not even actioned. No apology, no professionalism from Jay. I asked him why this wasn't actioned a week ago when requested, and he brushed me off by saying its a "good question but it's the first" he's heard of this request/cancellation. I really don't understand how this place runs a business. So quick to take reservation money but a nightmare to get it back. Not impressed to say the least.
