My exercise regime for years was almost full on aerobic workouts, and then just recently I started Yoga sessions with Sayeeda, I must say her classes are excellent, most professionally delivered and always challenging! I always leave feeling that Ive worked hard, and benefited both physically and mentally. I am slowly feeling more flexible, and my balance improving (slow progress!), I always look forward to attending her classes my one regret is that I didnt start Yoga much sooner. I would strongly recommend Yoga lessons with Sayeeda

I wouldnt be without Sadas classes. I started a couple of years ago and wish Id done it sooner. For me, theyre key for managing knee and back pain (through keeping a strong core) and for the couple of hours a week it gives me to focus on the practice and not work or the daily grind. Its a very friendly and welcoming environment too! Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their health or wellbeing.

Top class yoga instructor. Sayeeda has a wealth of knowledge and is way above the rest of the competition in Weston. Professional and well structured classes that are always first class.

A life changing teachings. Help to keep past in the past. Sayeeda will equip you with tips, advises how to improve focus. She's great at recommending actually helpful readings. If you need to work on shapes or just want to improve mobility she is a pro. Certainly the most important teacher that happened to me during my lifetime. I was 104 kg of weight, mentally destroyed years ago. Now people say I walk like a dancer. Can there be a bigger compliment after years of hardship? 5/5
