I had a really fun session in the park this morning. Sally pushed me just the right amount. I came because I had aches and pains due to lack of activity during the pandemic and after one session I feel better already!

I am on the 12 week of the fitness programme that I share with my mum. As a busy student, Sally has developed a programme suited to my busy lifestyle. she ensures that I am challenged enough, without it be so intense that I am unable to be consistent with it during the week. She is always a positive person that goes above and beyond when it comes to including things for my specific needs; for example - I am a horse rider and there are specific areas that I need to work on, so Sally went away and researched some suitable exercises to add to my fitness plan. Above all, Sally is motivating, professional and she always makes the time for us to reach our potential within each session. She has changed my whole mentality towards fitness and I am so grateful for that. Thank you.

I started training with Sally following the lockdown in the Spring mainly because my 17year old daughter wanted to do some training and she encouraged me to have a go too. Sally initially geared the training sessions so that both my daughter and I were able to do similar exercises as each other with different degrees of stretch ie repetitions or with weights. I have thoroughly enjoyed our weekly training sessions every week and have noticed a massive difference in my strength, stamina and weight. Sally always makes the sessions fun and interesting, varying the exercises so that we dont become bored, and finds new ways to challenge us. She always writes up the new exercise programme within a very short time so that we can get on with it before the next session. Really disappointed that due to the second lockdown we cant continue our sessions and am so looking forward to resuming them soon. In the meantime I will be keeping Sally appraised of our progress and I know that she will provide help and feedback if we need it. Hugely recommend her as a trainer for anyone no matter what your level of fitness is at the start.
