Vets4Pets Weston-super-Mare

Worst experience ever! My puppy is afraid of the vets after this. The people on the phones say the plan is less to get you to agree and when you go in they ask for more upfront. The girls on reception are always moaning that their manager is making them work openly in front of customers. My puppy had her vaccinations here and I would not recommend anyone to go here if they are being booked in with a nurse. Shes very aggressive and argumentative. My puppy was nervous she was having her jabs and the nurse held the needle out in front of her just talking over her making the situation worse. Because she was taking her time my puppy tried to move away to me and the nurse shouted at me to get out and after this I complained but none of the staff would tell me the nurses name to make a complaint with. Really bad service.

The vet knows my pet and explains everything . He makes me feel at ease with dealing with an aging pet. I would not hesitate in recommending Jose .

The vet was kind and considerate to Bella, she was comfortable with him. But I was never told the price before she had an old lady health check, so I was rather shocked when the bill was 72.
