MT was supposed to come to my address to inspect my vehicle. Out of respect I won't put his full name. But no phone call, text or anything. Completely ignored my text. Now I have to wait another 7 days for a different engineer to come. To make matters worse, he told his office that he came but couldn't find my address. If that were true why not call me as I waited all day...

I recently used AIA to investigate some unexplainable damage to my newly delivered vehicle. I have been really impressed with the team I spoke to on the phone; the ease of arranging the service; and the speedy and professional turn around by the assessor. Overall, excellent value for money and a very impressive service. I would highly recommend.

15years in the motor trade and I've never had to deal with independent vehicle assessments. Found AIA on the net, rang them and spoke with a very polite Hanna. She was very professional and helpful. I booked an appointment for a inspection in Gloucester, paid through transfer and the very next day I had a call saying they could inspect my van. I left the gent to view the van at my business while I was out the office working. 1hour later i had a full detailed report done and sent to my email. I cannot thank you enough for you're professional and fast approach at dealing with this matter. The insurance who i was dealing with had taken 2.5 weeks and still not sent out a inspector. 24hrs and I had a inspector come up from Weston super mare. I am a local guide to Google with over 1 million page views and can leave this honest review and advise anyone who has any issues with their insurance company and need a independent assessment done then ring AIA Thank you Mr J Powell
