        Need to make it clear even if you pay upfront online you still need to pay a deposit when you collect. It might be in the small print but why not make it explicit?

        Incredibly poor customer service especially from the management. After initial issues which involved blatant lies from the manager we were promised a 20 refund for fuel having been overcharged. Despite chasing on three separate occasions this refund has never been forthcoming. Will never use Enterprise again.
